The following is a breakdown of approximate costs as at 1 January 2010.

All costs are GST inclusive
Each block course runs for three weeks.
A total of 3 block courses are required over the term of
apprenticeship.
Block courses are currently held at the New Zealand Sign School, 4
- 12 Cruickshank Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington
TRAVEL SUBSIDY
This payment of up to 80% is made to those apprentices who are
required to travel between the North and South Island to attend a
course. For those apprentices who are eligible for the subsidy an
application form will be sent to the employer at the appropriate
time.
